What is the $BLOK $BKT

Our tokens are a major part of our system that will allow many benefits to the holder, we will explain here the difference between the $BKT and the $BLOK

$BKT Token

THE $BKT IS THE PLATFORM’S UTILITY TOKEN AND PROVIDES SERVICES AND BENEFITS TO USERS.
It will be listed on centralised exchanges & decentralised exchanges (CEX & DEX).
ACCESS THE BEST OPPORTUNITIES IN THE CLUB DEAL BLOK

There are 2 levels of access reserved exclusively for $BKT holders. Each user who has blocked at least 20 000$BKT (for Silver members) and 50 000 $BKT on the platform (for Gold members) will have access to the best opportunities. The same goes for owners of minted VIP NFTs for the whitelisting process of the first 2 rounds of the ICO

WHITELIST AND PRIORITY ON EACH NEW PROPERTY LISTED

Will allow users who have blocked at least 1600 BKT on the platform to get priority access for purchase of the $BLOK on our platform for 48 hours within the limit of 50% of the $BLOK supply of the series in question.

Rental advantages

Each user who has blocked at least 5000 BKT on the platform will be able to participate in a draw to win weeks of holidays in the properties intended for seasonal rental managed by BLOK.

$BLOK Token

THE BLOK TOKEN IS THE SECURITY TOKEN OF THE PLATFORM WHICH REPRESENTS THE REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT AND ALLOWS USERS TO COLLECT INTERESTS INDEXED ON THE PROFITABILITY OF THE PROPERTY.

For each property, Blok will generate a serie of BLOK tokens at a price of 50 euros each.

Ex : If we have a building valued at 100,000 euros, there will be 2000 Bloks available for this property.
(100 000€ / 50€ = 2000)

If Blok Group propose 2 properties, they will have 2 series of Blok tokens with a different supply.

Ex: Blok-001 serie for the building A, Blok-002 serie for building B.

To prevent fake series of $BLOK, the security token will be only tradable on our platform.

INDEXED VALUE ON A PROPERTY

A revaluation of the asset will take place at least once a year to allow users to follow the evolution of the price of their $BLOK token.

The $BLOK token allows users to collect interest indexed to the profitability of the property.
